After losing 3 consecutive matches, CSK finally got their second victory yesterday by 10 wickets against Kings XI Punjab. Shane Watson and Faf du Plessis played a sensational knock by scoring 83 and 87 runs respectively.

Instead of not coming to bat, Dhoni bagged another record. He became the 2nd wicketkeeper after Dinesh Kartik to take 100 catches in the IPL. Karthik have 103 catches to his name. After taking Rahul's catch in Shardul Thakur's over, Dhoni achieved this feat.

IIT-Gandhinagar team develops AI-based tool to detect COVID-19 using chest X-rays

Researchers at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Gandhinagar have developed an Artificial Intelligence-based(AI) deep learning tool for detection of COVID-19 from chest X-ray images. The online tool, which indicates the probability if a person is infected with COVID-19, can be used for quick preliminary diagnosis before the medical test. It is being tested by the Indian Institute of Public Health (IIPH) . The IIT researchers pooled the data of X-ray images of COVID-19 infected patients as well as healthy persons from different sources available on the internet.They trained a machine learning architecture using deep learning algorithms with these images. Krishna Prasad Miyapuram, the associate professor of cognitive science and computer science, who supervised the IIT project claimed that the tool outperforms other such high-tech devices available globally.
