This movie is important!
Pareeksha is a 2020 Indian hindi language movie. It has been released at Zee5 on 6th August, 2020.
The movie mainly focuses on the topic that parents are nothing less than a Superhero  and whereas fathers are the underrated ones. And it also explores some of the issues of our society.
Buchi(played by Adil Hussain), who is a rickshaw driver, is the father of Bulbul, who is a talented and meritorious student. Buchi's wife,  Radhika(played by Priyanka Bose) works in a factory. So they are poor but they live a happy life. Bulbul studies in a government school and Buchi thinks that from there he won't get any recognition and his career won't shine. So, he tries to get Bulbul admitted in a private school where he works to drop some students from their home and take them back to their home when school is over. Somehow he manages to give the fees of the school and Bulbul through his talent gets admitted there. Then, being from a poor family he gets bullied in there. Buchi and Radhika works so hard to meet the expenses of the school. Buchi starts doing extra shifts but watching his son's smiling face makes it all worth for him.He can do just anything to make his son's future secure and let him out of this 'Narak' (poverty). The expenses start increasing so, being helpless Buchi starts stealing stuffs and he sells it to a dealer. There we can see a conflict between an honest man and a helpless father, who can take any step for his son and the father wins the war anyhow. Then after a while, Buchi gets caught. So, now what will happen? Will Buchi get out of this mess he created? Will Bulbul and Radhika forgive him? Will they understand that everything he did was just to make sure that his son's future is in a good track?
The society makes it difficult for the poor people to get up in the front line, they are being constantly suppressed just for the social status. Being from a poor family is hard financially and socially too because most of the part of our society keep them isolated. This movie is a perfect attack to this kind of thinking of out society.
Positive Points-
1. The effortless perfomance of Adil Hussain and Priyanka Bose is the biggest attraction of this movie. They are flawless in this one. Sanjay Suri also grabs attention.
2. The message given through this movie and the story is so important for our society. This makes it a must watch.
3. Direction of this movie also deserves a special mention.
Negative Points-
The technical department is a bit down in this one but believe me the story message and the performances makes it all worth.

IIT-Gandhinagar team develops AI-based tool to detect COVID-19 using chest X-rays

Researchers at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Gandhinagar have developed an Artificial Intelligence-based(AI) deep learning tool for detection of COVID-19 from chest X-ray images. The online tool, which indicates the probability if a person is infected with COVID-19, can be used for quick preliminary diagnosis before the medical test. It is being tested by the Indian Institute of Public Health (IIPH) . The IIT researchers pooled the data of X-ray images of COVID-19 infected patients as well as healthy persons from different sources available on the internet.They trained a machine learning architecture using deep learning algorithms with these images. Krishna Prasad Miyapuram, the associate professor of cognitive science and computer science, who supervised the IIT project claimed that the tool outperforms other such high-tech devices available globally.
