Result of England vs WestIndies, 2nd Test, Day 1.

WestIndies have won the toss and opted to bowl first.England made 2 changes,Joe Root returns into the side as a Captain and Sam Curran,Chris Woakes,Dominic Bess  comes back into the team.West Indies are playing with the same side.


England put up a total score of 207 runs with the loss of 3 wickets from 82 overs. Rory Burns got out for 15,Zack Crawley at 0 and England Captain Joe root departed at 23. Sibley and Ben Stokes  batted really well and scored 86 and 59 respectively.Roston Chase picked up 2 wickets and Joseph got 1 wicket.

IIT-Gandhinagar team develops AI-based tool to detect COVID-19 using chest X-rays

Researchers at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Gandhinagar have developed an Artificial Intelligence-based(AI) deep learning tool for detection of COVID-19 from chest X-ray images. The online tool, which indicates the probability if a person is infected with COVID-19, can be used for quick preliminary diagnosis before the medical test. It is being tested by the Indian Institute of Public Health (IIPH) . The IIT researchers pooled the data of X-ray images of COVID-19 infected patients as well as healthy persons from different sources available on the internet.They trained a machine learning architecture using deep learning algorithms with these images. Krishna Prasad Miyapuram, the associate professor of cognitive science and computer science, who supervised the IIT project claimed that the tool outperforms other such high-tech devices available globally.
