No Asia cup in this year,confirmed by Ganguly.

Saurav Ganguly who celebrated his 48th birthday yesterday,told in an interview that this year's Asia cup is cancelled which was going to happen in September."Asia Cup cancel ho chuka hai,joh September meh hona tha"(Asia cup which was scheduled to happen in September is now cancelled) said by Sourav in the interview.Though Asian Cricket Council (ACC) haven't said anything yet.If Asia Cup doesn't happen and if there will be no T20 World cup in October then the road becomes clear for BCCI to host the IPL.


Earlier,Pakistan decided to host the tournament,then due to the pandemic the Pakistan Cricket Board requested Srilanka for hosting it.But now it's not going to happen in this year.

IIT-Gandhinagar team develops AI-based tool to detect COVID-19 using chest X-rays

Researchers at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Gandhinagar have developed an Artificial Intelligence-based(AI) deep learning tool for detection of COVID-19 from chest X-ray images. The online tool, which indicates the probability if a person is infected with COVID-19, can be used for quick preliminary diagnosis before the medical test. It is being tested by the Indian Institute of Public Health (IIPH) . The IIT researchers pooled the data of X-ray images of COVID-19 infected patients as well as healthy persons from different sources available on the internet.They trained a machine learning architecture using deep learning algorithms with these images. Krishna Prasad Miyapuram, the associate professor of cognitive science and computer science, who supervised the IIT project claimed that the tool outperforms other such high-tech devices available globally.
