1.INTERMITTENT FASTING -You should do atleast 12 hours of intermittent fasting everyday.For example if you are having your dinner at 10 pm then you should have your breakfast at 10 am in the morning.

Benefits -It helps both the mental and physical health.It can also increase your energy levels and your craving for junk food and sugar will decrease.

2.Deep Sleep -We should focus on the quality of sleep rather than the quantity of sleep Some sleeps for 8 to 9 hours but still feels sleepy,on the other hand someone sleep for 5-6 hours and feels energised.We can also have deep sleep if we follow these rules (a)You should cut off your mobile and TV 1/2 hours before sleep.(b)Sleep on a darker room where no light enters.(c)Sleep without stress.Don't worry too much while sleeping.

Benefits-You wake up fresh.Good quality sleep helps you become more creative.It can glow your skin.

3.Pranayam or Breathing Exercise-There are different kinds of Pranayam one should learn to see their actual benefits in life, namely Anulom Vilom,Bhastrika,Bhramari,Kopalvati Pranayam,etc.

Benefits-It can helps the brain to work faster.It also helps to reduce depression and anxiety.It also helps in the absorption of food that we eat and creates more oxygen into the body.It helps in oxygenate  the cells which can boost immunity.
